We are planning to update our database instance operating system for enhanced security.
This will take place on Friday, the 14th of December, between 13:30 CET and 14:15 CET.
For few short periods within this time, you can expect that: - your tado° app might become unresponsive. - your rooms might show a "no remote access" message. - the temperature changes in your Smart Schedule might be delayed.
